Sailor Boy Amusements Arcade Seawick

Located within the beachside entertainment area of Seawick Holiday Park, The Sailor Boy Amusements arcade sits among one of the region’s largest caravan holiday parks, which is also home to one of the historic Martello Towers.

Outside the venue, the Sailor Boy Bar & Restaurant provides spacious indoor and outdoor seating areas for holiday makers and visitors. The surrounding seafront area also features a large free car park, a promenade for coastal walks, and several traditional seaside kiosks serving ice creams, fish & chips, and other refreshments.

The arcade features a dedicated parking area at the front and an outdoor children’s play area right outside, offering mini golf, trampolines, slides, and other family attractions during the summer season.

Access to the arcade is flat and straightforward, with wide double doors suitable for wheelchair users. Public toilets are located outside the venue, and a rear entrance provides additional access to the larger parking area behind the arcade.

Children's Arcade Games

At the entrance, visitors will find a dancing Sootie machine along with kiddie rides suitable for younger children. Upon entering the arcade, patrons can also find other fun games designed for children, including smaller grabbers stocked with sweets, lollies, rubber ducks, and bouncy ball vending machines.

There is also a colourful carousel ride for youngsters at the rear of the venue, making it ideal for memorable, Instagram-worthy photos. A well-stocked Prize Shop ensures that all tickets can be exchanged for a wide selection of rewards, including sweets, souvenirs, electronics, and more.

Claw Machines

Sailor Boy Amusements has a great range of claw machines, including rows of E-Claw grabbers, World of Toys machines, Prize Every Time options, and even a Skill Cut Barber featuring a giant Minnie Mouse prize.

There are also many excellent plush prizes on offer, including branded characters such as The Simpsons, Mario, and Winnie the Pooh, available for lucky winners. There are also teddy bears to be redeemed in the prize shop if players win big on the tickets. 

Coin Pushers

There is a great selection of modern ticket-paying coin pushers at this arcade venue and these include fan-favourites such as Let’s Go Quackers, Strike Ten, Bullseye, Sweet Falls and the instant prize pusher Key to Success!

Fans of the latest closed-loop pushers will enjoy the Prize Quest ticket coin pusher and the ever-popular Inferno coin tower stacker and Mr Do Space Rocks. 

Classic Arcade Games

Visitors to the Sailor Boy arcade are immediately met with a row of arcade racing machines in the form of the classic Daytona Championship USA from Sega for up to four players. There is also a two-player Superbikes 3 from Raw Thrills and also some basketball arcade machines. 

Fairground Games

For kids who enjoy winning tickets, the arcade features two Down the Clown machines offering classic fairground-style fun, where players knock down clowns to score points and compete for high scores against friends.

There is also a two-player Lane Master bowling game, along with the visually impressive Fireball, where precise timing is key to landing a successful hit and securing a ticket pay-out.

 

Wheel Spinners

At the very rear of this amusement arcade we found two Big Bass Wheel Spinners ready to be spun. A great way to secure a few more tickets between friends.

Ticket Slot Machines

The Sailor Boy Arcade has a couple of triple row ticket slot machines and these include Freddie’s Vacation and Cops & Robbers, both with upper feature boards for big ticket wins. 

Fruit Machines

All of the reel-based play in this arcade is sensibly kept within the adult gaming area, though this does include a range of at least ten different fruit machines, featuring the classic Coronation Street £5 jackpot fruit machine from Mazooma Gaming and a selection of £100 jackpot fruit machines including Monster Money, Luck O’the Irish and a Bullion Bars triple. 

Slots Lounge

The slots lounge is home to various different types of the latest digital cabinets from the likes of Blueprint Gaming with a mix of £100 and £500 machines to choose from. There is also a large Rainbow Riches Community Games machine in the corner and an ATM for convenient gaming.

Venue Verdict

Sailor Boy Amusements combines old-world charm with a strong mix of modern gaming machines, catering well to both children and adults. The well-stocked prize shop and attentive staff help ensure a smooth experience for visiting families.
