Beach Plaza Amusement Arcade Hunstanton

Beach Plaza Family Amusements is another well-known amusement arcade located along Hunstanton’s seafront and is just a few doors down from the Circus Circus Arcade. Its central position near the promenade makes it an easy stop for families enjoying the beach and surrounding attractions. The venue has a traditional seaside arcade feel, with a fun mix of machines that cater to all ages, from rare retro and classic favourites to newer additions. 

Arcade Entrance

The venue has multiple entrances, including two town-side from Beach Terrace Road and several beach-facing access points along the pedestrian walkway that connects the neighbouring shops and attractions. A separate entrance also leads directly into the adult gaming lounge. All entrances appear to be level, making the venue mobility scooter and wheelchair friendly.

Entering from the beachside, visitors step straight into a large, open-plan amusements venue, packed with a wide variety of machines. Alongside a well-stocked prize shop there is a coffee and change kiosk and several different types of change machines dotted around the venue.

Children’s Arcade Games

There are several kiddie rides dotted around the venue, and these include a baby carousel, a quad bike and a little police car. With so many unique and unusual arcade games on offer, there are several more that are perfect for young children, including an original ICE Lucky Ducks game.

Claw Machines

Beach Plaza arcade has several clusters of claw machines dotted around the venue and these include classic Elaut EX-1s and Mega Crane machines. At just twenty-pence per play these machines offer real value to claw machine enthusiasts and have a great range of plush prizes to win. They also had a baby claw machine called Candy Man and a life-sized arcade digger crane machine. Block stacker fans will also enjoy the Stack-n-Grab game, which is a hybrid claw / stacker machine.

Coin Pushers

The Beach Plaza Arcade has an incredible range of rare and unique coin pushers on offer.  They are located in the central area of the arcade and offer a great range of choice and unique coin shelf prizes. Circular coin pushers include Rock-n-Roll, Route 66, Old MacDonald, Big Ben, Rhythm and Blues, Treasure Chest and Broadway.

There are also some rectangular coin pushers including, Super Sonic and a classic Crompton’s coin flippa. On offer is also a set of two original ‘Push Yer Luck’ mini coin pushers. Lastly, a special mention should be made for the Crompton’s Reactor V2, which is a beautifully unique coin pusher that has a circular base and rotating coin shelf, which is something arcade fans will truly love.

Classic Arcade Games

There’s no shortage of classic arcade games here, with some rarely seen gems such as a Whittaker’s six-player two-pence roulette. Visitors will also find a Football Frenzy air hockey table and a Konami Dancing Stage dance machine. Arcade racing fans can take the wheel on the two-player Sega Ford Racing Full Blown, while the Eagle Boxer punch machine offers a test of strength. 

Roll-down enthusiasts are well catered for with Jam Session, Deep Freeze, Rollercoaster and Track and Field, a distinctive circular rotating roll-down game (all rewarding players with tickets).

Fairground Games

There are a couple of fairground games here, including Ducky Splash and also a unique game called Colour Boyz - 5 Heroes that pays out ticket prizes.
