Golden Sands Amusement Arcade Hunstanton

Golden Sands is an amusement arcade located in the southern part of Hunstanton’s tourist area, on South Beach Road. This section of the town is packed with holiday accommodation, including Searles and Parkdean Resorts, making it a bustling hub for families. The arcade sits conveniently in front of Seagate West Car Park, just a short walk from the beach, with public toilets nearby. With Vegas Amusements on the same street, this stretch of South Beach offers a concentrated area of fun, making Golden Sands an ideal stop for a family day out.

Arcade Entrance

This arcade exudes a classic seaside charm and is instantly recognisable as a hub of fun and excitement. Its open-fronted entrance welcomes visitors inside, while the interior evokes a “cave of wonders” feel, with prizes suspended from floor to ceiling and vibrant, coloured lighting enhancing the atmosphere. The venue makes great use of space, packs in a large amount of arcade games, whilst boasting a cosy appeal, creating an immersive experience that family members of all ages will enjoy.

Children’s Arcade Games

The venue has a spacious forecourt with a children’s motorcycle bumper car race track. Slow and safe, this makes the ideal place for new riders to enjoy the thrill of riding in a secure environment. There are also several young kiddie rides here, including a red bus, ice cream van, choo-choo train and even a Disney-themed mini carousel. 

Claw Machines

Next to the racetrack is a kiosk housing several Toy Family claw machines, allowing players to play outside before they have even entered the main venue! Along the front entrance are also several ‘prize every time’ claw grabbers, perfect for when a child needs a guaranteed teddy win. 

Inside the venue, patrons can find several more exciting rows of claw machines to explore, and these include E-Claw machines, Stack-n-Grab and Lucky Dip-style crane machines. All of the E-Claw machines had quality branded plush prizes available to win, including Sonic, Lilo & Stitch and other Disney Classics characters including Bambi and Lady & the Tramp.

Golden Sands Amusements has a great range of coin pushers including classics such as Star Trek and 'In a Spin' and they are packed full of great shelf prizes. They also have the impressive looking Big Ben and Double Top coin pushers that also pay out ticket wins.

They also have the mesmerising Magic Forrest ball pusher and several modern closed-loop coin pushers including a two-player Neon Coin Tower seen being played by Plush Time Wins.

Classic Arcade Games

There are many classic arcade machines to discover here, with several two-pence roll-down machines including Cops & Robbers, Ticket Raider, Monopoly and The Return of DC Superheroes which is a lovely looking game.
