Treasure Island Arcade is one of three amusement arcades located on Newport Road, which is a short walk away from the main tourist area of Beach Road in Hemsby. It is located in a prominent position and has T.i’s café/bar/restaurant next door.

Arcade Entrance 

Outside the front of the venue is a large forecourt and plenty of parking spaces. They have tables and chairs and a large Disney themed kids ride-on train. There is also a boxing punch machine and a unique selection of young kiddie rides and machines including a goal scoring football machine, a fish themed carousel and a mini teacups ride. 

Coin Pushers

Upon entering, visitors are welcomed by a cosy grotto-like atmosphere, reminiscent of a "Cave of Wonders" Disney-style ambiance. There are modern arcade machines everywhere in this arcade including a wide range of modern coin pushers offering ticket prizes.

Modern pushers include Snakes & Ladders, Haunted House, Temple of Tickets, Monopoly and Space Reels, all with upper feature board for big ticket wins. 

Other modern coin pushers include Justice League, Clockwork Orange, Lady Bug and Sweet Falls. These are all stocked with a great range of generous shelf prizes and the coins fall easily here too. Fans of classic retro coin pushers will love the Crompton's Carousel coin flipper. 

There are sweets, pop cap bangers and great branded toys and plushies to be won from the coin pusher shelves, so keep firing those coins for the chance to win a great shelf prize too! 

Fairground Games

Treasure Island Arcade has a great range of larger fairground games with ticket prizes, including classic like basketball arcade games, whack-a-clown, Ocean Party, Pearl Fishery, Skill Shooter and Monopoly Roll-n-go. 

Two pence proponents will enjoy playing the Ticket Raider roll-down machine, which pay out ticket prizes. So why not compete against friends and win tickets to redeem for great prizes at the same time!

Crane Claw Machines

Players can find a colourful selection of both modern and classic claw grabber machines lining the front of the venue.

Modern machines include Slam-a-Winner, Ticket Dome and Win Fall Revolution. There is also a row of four classic style claw machines, which feature a great range of branded plushies and teddy bears. Visitors only have to look up at the ceiling to see the huge selection of plush prizes on offer, with most being ready to win from inside the claw machine also. 

Ticket Slot Machines

There are ticket slot machines available to play throughout the venue and these include Freddie (Flintstones) and Ticket Raider triple row machines. There is also a standalone Aladdin machine. Ticket slot games usually have a 500 ticket jackpot to win, so be sure to use those nudges!

£5 Jackpot Fruit Machines

There is a nice selection of £5 jackpot fruit machines lining the outside of the adult slots lounge. These include a Bank Raid, Party Time and Rainbow Riches triple machines all with upper feature boards. There is also a Skill Ball Deluxe game with £50 jackpot.

Outside the entrance to the casino slots area, there is a vintage penny arcade relic called Riviera Deluxe, which is a one-armed bandit style, 3-reel machine with a £5 jackpot. This was really fun to see!

Casino Slots Lounge

Next to the prize shop is the adult casino slots lounge. Here they have a wide range of modern casino slots terminals and also traditional mechanical fruit machines. There are top prizes all the way up to £500 jackpots with many machines also having a £100 jackpots. They have Blueprint Gaming terminals, Vegas Baby chrome cabinets and Sizzling Slots.

There is also a Party Time Deluxe quad row with £100 jackpot and also a Gold Run sit-down triple machine. Pub-style fruit machines can be found in the middle of the casino and these include a Deal or No Deal Easy Money machine.  

Venue Verdict

The Treasure Island Arcade really lives up to its name. There are high quality modern arcade machines and real quality branded prizes everywhere. The rear prize shop area is extensive, and they have a huge range of different prizes for the whole family. With a multitude of different games to play and win tickets it is very achievable to quickly reach the ticket totals in this arcade. So, work together across different machines to redeem tickets for great prizes.
